How to Order
Order Steps
1. Contact Us
Feel free to reach out to us with any questions or requests. If you spot an item on our Instagram that interests you, or if you’re searching for a specific product, we’re happy to assist. Share your ideas, the type of products you’re looking for, desired quantities, or anything else—we’re here to help.
2. Consultation & Product Details
We’ll communicate with you via email or messaging apps to understand your needs in detail. You will receive a curated list of products, along with photos and descriptions. You’re also welcome to visit our office to see products in person. If you’d like to schedule a visit, please contact us through our Visit page.
3. Quotation
Once we have a clear understanding of your needs, we will prepare a detailed quotation based on your selected items and requested quantities. If you have any special requirements—such as gift packaging, bulk orders, or additional authenticity documentation—please let us know, and we will include them in your quotation.
4. Payment
Once you confirm the quotation, we’ll proceed with payment.
We currently accept three main payment methods:
・Wise (recommended)
・PayPal
・Bank transfer
5. Shipping
After confirming your payment, we’ll ship your order promptly. For international shipments, we primarily use DHL (recommended) or EMS. For domestic deliveries within Japan, we use Sagawa Express. Please let us know your preferred shipping method.
6. Delivery & Order Completion
Once you receive your order, the transaction is complete. We kindly ask that you check the condition of your items upon delivery to ensure everything meets your expectations.
