We aim to offer fair and competitive pricing. Prices may fluctuate due to currency exchange rates, manufacturer price changes, and supply and demand. Sometimes prices increase, but they can also decrease depending on market conditions.

We strive to provide the best quality products at the most competitive prices, so we do not offer additional discounts. However, we occasionally run promotional campaigns—please follow us on Instagram for the latest updates.

As our items are pre-owned, included accessories may vary by product. Please confirm details in advance.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only for defective or malfunctioning items. Due to the nature of pre-owned goods, signs of wear, minor flaws, or missing accessories are not eligible for returns.

Yes. Please contact us once you’ve selected your desired item. Depending on timing, we can hold an item for up to 7 days.

Delivery time depends on order timing and payment method. Items are shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

For international shipments, we primarily use DHL (recommended) or EMS. For domestic shipping in Japan, we use Sagawa Express.

We accept Wise (recommended), PayPal, and bank transfers. Please note that transfer and processing fees are the customer’s responsibility.

In addition to the product price, customers are responsible for bank transfer fees, shipping fees, and customs duties (if applicable).
